Terms and Conditions of booking
Activities are to be secured with a non-refundable deposit. Deposit amount varies depending on the type of the tour, its cost and the number of participants/vehicles. This website accepts deposit payments only, the balance is to be paid directly to the tour operator on arrival.
The customer is to book their activity's date and time either online or over the phone before paying the deposit. The deposit payment without the prior booking arrangement will be treated as a transaction made by mistake. In this case, the money paid will be refunded to the customer, however the transaction will incur an administration/processing fee.
Activities' prices are shown on corresponding pages. The amount of deposit can be viewed on 'Secure your tour' page, however it is important to note that every deposit quote shown is per person or vehicle (depends on type of the tour).
Yacht charters deposit is calculated differently and is posted on the website after the number of people are communicated to Adventure Tours via e-mail, phone or message.
During payment the customer will be asked to agree to the given Terms and Conditions. By ticking the agreement box the customer implicitly confirms that they hold valid driving licence that is required to operate a buggy or a quad, and that they have booked their tour with Adventure Tours' representative.
The payment made is processed securely via Stripe; the payment beneficiary is Terry Adventure SL.
